Frequently Asked Questions


How can I sign up for Mums Fitness programme?

The only thing you need to do is to contact us via phone or email. After conducting the first session you will become a permanent partner of our family. There is no membership fee and we provide our services at the most competitive rates.


What happens If I miss a session?
Although missing a session is not great for the overall programme, it is also not a big deal. We will try to cover what we missed bit by bit in the following sessions or we can make space to cover the missed session in its entirety.


Have you always been a Personal Online Trainer?
Not at all, I have always been a fitness enthusiast and I used to work in a gym as a personal trainer. I then started the Mums Fitness online training programme with my wife and now this is what I do as a full-time job.


Can I freeze my account or postpone it due to my financial situation?
 I understand that financial situations change and because of this you can always freeze or postpone your subscription as needed (you just need to notify us via email or phone more than 24 hours prior to your next payment).


What if I want to ask a question about my fitness?
We believe that there is no such thing as a silly question and encourage our clients to ask as many questions as needed. We will always thoroughly explain our answers and guide you through your concerns.


Is Mums Fitness available to everyone? Can I refer it to someone?
Yes, Mums Fitness is available to everyone and nothing makes us happier than for our clients to refer Mums Fitness to their friends.


What is Trainerize?
The application allows you to have access to programmes, meal plans, assessments, motivation, exercise videos, on-demand classes, in-app messaging, progress tracking, group training and more. It allows me to provide you much better support and have a view of your achievements and goals throughout your journey.


How do I get support?
You will have access to daily support from 11:00am – 2:00pm from Monday to Saturday through Trainerize app-messaging and email as well as phone calls weekly or monthly solely depending on the package you chose with us.


What can I do to ease muscle soreness?
· Gentle stretches
· Massaging your muscles
· Give your muscles proper REST


What should I wear?
Clothes should be fit for purpose – comfortable and non-restrictive; footwear should be comfortable and provide adequate support. 


Do I need a doctor’s note or similar?
All clients must complete a PAR-Q before commencing any exercise programme. This is a Physical Readiness Questionnaire which will has to be signed and sent back to me, it will help to identify any health restrictions. If there are any, we may require your GP to fill out PARmed-X form before performing exercises, it will help me have a clearer view to see if you are fit to perform physical activity without any risks to your health.
*Please be aware that your GP may charge you for this.


How long will it take to see the effects of training?
The onset of training is approximately 3 weeks. This means that after 4 weeks training the effects of the first week will start to show. However, this is an approximation – some people notice results sooner or later so most of it depends on the amount of time you have and how committed you are reaching your goal (certain people can take 2-3 months before seeing any results!


Where should I train?
There is no ‘should’ – you can achieve results working out in a gym, in the park, or at home. It is more a matter of availability and of convenience for you, particularly if you have special rehabilitative needs, which may require special equipment.
