My name is Pawel and I have been providing fitness services to mums for many years. My long experience in the fitness industry enables me to provide personalised exercise programmes and customised nutritional advice designed specifically for mums. I used to work in gyms as a personal trainer, but I decided to dedicate myself to serving mums who cannot make it to the gym in order to exercise.
It all started several years ago with my own family. I have always been a fitness enthusiast, but when my wife needed fitness support during her pregnancy, we could not find anyone who could help. I used to work outside all day, but I managed my time and our circumstances aligned. Together we designed a customised exercise programme and meal plan for our home and the results were terrific. It had a positive impact not only on her health but also on her hormones and emotions. We started enjoying it more and more, and finally, we founded Mums Fitness.
I want to help all mums who could benefit from remote fitness training. I believe that being a mum is the hardest job in the world, and no mum should be left without the proper fitness and nutritional support needed to attain weight loss and a healthy, fit and active lifestyle. I believe that every woman is unique and as a result requires a personalised exercise programme and customised nutritional advice. That is why I look to partner with my clients to understand their needs and offer my services remotely at the times convenient to them. I design personalised exercise programmes and customised nutritional advice for each of my clients as this helps each one to move at their own pace, to keep up with their health milestones and to achieve their desired health goals.
My mission is the same as it has always been. I want to make my community a better place to live as well as to become a leading figure in the fitness industry. I take pride in the confidence and trust that many mums around the UK have placed in me and I strive to provide them with the chance to get back to the healthy life they dream of.
